🤗 The holidays are wonderful, but the whole eating, drinking, out of routine thing really throws us into vicious cycle, right? 🙋🏻‍♀️Trust me, I get it.⁣

But today is NEW. ⁣

This is not another silly resolution, it’s YOU taking back control of your life. Don’t let food or negativity be the boss of you 💪🏻

You may not be able to see success in your mind yet, but it’s there! I’m sure of it. It’s that first step that takes the most courage. I know! I’m right with you, friend! ⁣

Here’s a few free tips to reign life back in:⁣

👉🏻 Get rid of the leftovers. Out of sight, out of mind ⁣

👉🏻 Get some exercise- even if it’s just a walk around the block- it will refresh your mind⁣

👉🏻 Get hydrated. Drink half your weight in ounces of water⁣

👉🏻 Feel like snacking? DRINK water first you may just be thirsty

👉🏻 Get more sleep. SO key to good health⁣
