Here’s a few free tips to reign life back in:
👉🏻 Get rid of the leftovers. Out of sight, out of mind
👉🏻 Get some exercise- even if it’s just a walk around the block- it will refresh your mind
👉🏻 Get hydrated. Drink half your weight in ounces of water
👉🏻 Feel like snacking? DRINK water first you may just be thirsty
👉🏻 Get more sleep. SO key to good health
